Conquering Your Fear of Heights Book Design

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT

This book is a comprehensive guide serving as a whole course to overcome acrophobia. It contains a variety of lessons, lifehacks and strategies to overcome not only acrophobia, but the fear of heights in all levels. It provides numerous scenarios of people who suffer from the same phobia followed by lessons and tricks on how to overcome it. Every scenario includes a simulated experience which invokes feelings of terror, but also relaxation upon each lesson that is mastered. The scenarios allow readers to repeatedly expose themselves to the fear of heights step-by-step to gradually gain confidence in overcoming it. When readers can experience the scenarios, it enables them to challenge themselves an unlimited number of times until they can fully conquer their fear. The book also provides a background of how the fear of heights may have emerged while highlighting potential causes and traumas which are possible roots to acrophobia. This helps readers better identify this phobia and prepare for the subsequent steps in overcoming it. If a reader does not fully overcome their fear of heights, they will still have significantly improved their coping skills with it after reading this book.

The sample preview includes the dust jacket cover and some interior pages of the hardcover book. The jacket includes the front cover which displays the book title, subtitle and author's name.
